The founding and developing of FINE are the compelling evidence of the efficiency of private initiative even in a conservative field as education. FINE was founded in an effort to establish a pioneering private educational institution of exemplary standards in Romania. In a very short time, FINE has managed to meet the Romanian and European standards of higher education, has established model educational procedures and has attracted students with high demands and aspirations.

EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
All students are registered with the University of Wales in Britain, have equal opportunities with British students and belong to the University of Wales' Student Union. Students can transfer module credits successfully completed and continue their studies to any British University. All degrees are awarded directly by the University of Wales.
