Herlufsholm Skole
Herlufsholm School is a Danish co-ed national boarding school offering
education from grades 6-13 (Dansk studentereksamen).
The IB programme is offered, including pre-IB English. For children
in grades 6-9 the school offers the Middle Years Programme, where
the language of tuition is Danish.
The school was founded in 1565 and consists of 415 students (240
boarders). Most of the students are Danes, often with expatriate
parents living abroad. The language of communication is Danish.
All students are offered Danish courses. The school has modern facilities,
and maintains traditions of an old-established school: uniform and
festivals.
