The comprehensive academic program at International School of Estonia (ISE) is based on Anglo-American standards. The current curriculum includes English, ESL, mathematics, science, social studies, computer technology, art, music, foreign languages (French and German), Estonian, library skills, intensive Estonian (for Estonian passport holders) and physical education. Upper level classes also take world history, cultural history. The library is viewed as a significant learning resource center, and currently holds 6,000 volumes.

The International School of Estonia (ISE) faculty is composed of highly qualified and certified educators, some with advanced degrees and experience from around the world. The school recognizes the teaching of English as a Second Language as an integral part of all teachers' responsibilities.
