Moscow Economic School
Moscow Economic School aims to combine the best aspects of a Russian public school with a K-12 independent school, resulting in a school with inclusivity and structure as well as flexibility and freedom. The Moscow Economic School's funding is not tied to federally mandated government programmes, allowing MES to set its own standards with regard to programmes and practices. The Moscow Economic School's curriculum offers a bilingual international education conducted in Russian and English. The Primary and Middle Years Programme of the International Baccalaureate Organisation, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma are offered. A second foreign language (German, French or Spanish) is taught from the age of seven. Moscow Economic School is housed in two buildings situated in the centre of Moscow for the students of grades K-12. The school's facilities include computer labs, a computer network, science labs, art room, music rooms, dancing room, library/media centre as well as various sports facilities such as lawn tennis courts and martial arts gym.
